Start with the guest list and bedrooms

Separate the people staying overnight from anyone you hope to invite for the celebration. Confirm visitors and the total group size before sending invitations.

At Celine, bookings of 1–12 guests include four bedrooms; from 13 guests, all five bedrooms are included. Discuss the bed layout so the sleeping arrangements suit your group.

Choose a date and an occasion

Let the host know whether you are planning a birthday, an anniversary, a family gathering or a team celebration. Share your preferred dates and any help you would like.

For stays more than three months ahead, contact the host on LINE. If dates are flexible, consider a midweek celebration as well as a weekend.

Plan the meal and any extras

Use the kitchen and barbecue for a meal together, or decide what you would like to order. A birthday cake or decorations can be part of the plans, with timing and any extra costs agreed separately.

Tell the host and any food supplier about dietary requirements. Confirm what your group will prepare, what will be delivered and who is responsible for setting up.

Agree music, visitors and decorations

Karaoke is available. Agree music times and visiting arrangements so you know what your evening can include.

Check where decorations can be placed, how they may be attached and who will remove them. Confirm these details before ordering supplies.

Leave time to enjoy the villa

Allow time for swimming, a shared meal and a little rest. You do not need an activity for every hour.

Keep an indoor option if the weather changes. Celine has two living rooms; discuss any seating or group activity that needs a particular setup.

Keep the costs and booking clear

Accommodation, optional preparations and the refundable damage deposit are separate parts of your budget. Agree any extras before you confirm.

An enquiry does not reserve dates. The host confirms availability and arrangements, then provides payment instructions. Full payment of the stay is required to confirm the booking.
